Regenerated polyester short fibers are made from polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle sheets, spinning waste fibers, bubble materials, and pulp blocks. The waste bottle sheets are crushed and cleaned, and the mixture of various materials is dried, melted, extruded, spun, wound, bundled, stretched, and curled (while adding different oil agents during curling according to customer needs), relaxed and heat set, and cut to form different lengths of polyester short fibers.
