In the process of clothing production, problems often arise and can be disassembled and remade, which is different from other manufacturing industries. However, when clothing products have defects and cannot be repaired, they result in waste. This loss will affect the direct or indirect economic interests of the factory and all personnel, and rework will affect production efficiency. Therefore, measures must be taken to control the production and processing process to minimize or avoid errors, in order to ensure product quality.
Generally, in the clothing production process, three inspection processes are required.
(1) Raw material inspection. It refers to the inspection of defects, texture patterns, color differences, door width, quantity, etc. on the surface and auxiliary materials before processing, and the measurement of sewing, ironing, and other functions.
(2) Intermediate inspection. It refers to the inspection of semi-finished products during the product processing process, and timely repair of any errors.
(3) End point inspection. Refers to finished product inspection, which mainly includes inspection items such as workmanship, specifications and dimensions, color difference, and ironing quality.
