First of all, it should be reminded that gold and silver silk fabrics are often used to produce work clothes such as outerwear and pants due to their strong metallic luster and similar breathability and comfort to cotton fabrics;

Moreover, the gold and silver silk fabric cannot be soaked in water for a long time, and cannot be soaked in hot water or soapy water;

There are several other points to note:

Firstly, its chemical properties are unstable. Under high temperature conditions, the strength and tensile strength of the gold and silver silk fabric will weaken, which can easily lead to damage to the fabric material. Therefore, clothing should be cleaned in a timely manner after wearing and dried in a ventilated area after washing;

Secondly, because the gold and silver silk fabric is not resistant to acid and alkali, a neutral cleaning agent should be used when cleaning. If conditions permit, a special fabric cleaning agent for gold and silver silk can be used. The water temperature for cleaning should be around 30 degrees Celsius, and it is best to wash it separately;

Finally, the price of gold and silver silk fabric is relatively high, and the maintenance and finishing costs are not low. If gold and silver silk fabric is used to make swimsuits, the price will not be low.
